1. Şartların Kabulü
Çivi Futbolu uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek ve kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Lisans
Size, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
3. Kullanım Kuralları
Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları YAPMAMAYI kabul edersiniz:
- Hile yazılımı, bot veya otomatik araçlar kullanmak
- Oyunun kodunu değiştirmek veya tersine mühendislik yapmak
- Başka kullanıcıları taciz etmek, uygunsuz takma adlar kullanmak
- Sunuculara zarar vermek veya aşırı yük bindirmek
- Birden fazla hesapla haksız avantaj sağlamak
Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesaplar uyarı yapılmaksızın yasaklanabilir.
4. Takma Adlar (Nickname)
Seçtiğiniz takma adın küfür, hakaret, nefret söylemi veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik barındırmaması gerekir. Uygunsuz takma adlar silinebilir.
5. Online Oyun
Online özellikler internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Bağlantı kopması durumunda maç kaybedilmiş sayılabilir. Sunucu kesintilerinden geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tüm içeriği (kod, tasarım, grafik) geliştiriciye aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
7. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Kullanımdan doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Hesap Sonlandırma
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınız ve verileriniz silinebilir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Çivi Futbolu application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Rules of Use
While using the App, you agree NOT to:
- Use cheating software, bots, or automated tools
- Modify the game's code or reverse-engineer it
- Harass other users or use inappropriate nicknames
- Harm servers or impose excessive load
- Gain unfair advantage with multiple accounts
Accounts that violate these rules may be banned without warning.
4. Nicknames
The nickname you choose must not contain profanity, insults, hate speech, or content that violates the rights of others. Inappropriate nicknames may be removed.
5. Online Play
Online features require an internet connection. In case of disconnection, the match may be considered lost. The developer is not responsible for server outages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content of the App (code, design, graphics) belongs to the developer. It cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for damages arising from use.
8. Account Termination
If you violate these terms, your account and data may be deleted.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
